Application Fee
- Under this recruitment, DDA will hire candidates on various positions in Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ including Stenographer Grade ‘D’, Junior Secretariat, Mali and Patwari among others.
- Applicants have to pay Rs. 500 as examination fee. However candidates belonging to reserved categories are exempted from payment of fee.

DDA Recruitment 2020 – Eligibility Criteria
Deputy Director (System)
- The maximum age of candidates should not be not more than 40 years as on 30th April 2020.
- The candidates should have Ph.D in Computer Science/IT or M.E. M.Tech in Computer Science/IT from a recognized University/Institute with 03 years relevant experience OR B.E B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT/MCA from a recognized University/Institute with relevant 05 years of experience.
Deputy Director (Planning)
- The maximum age of candidates should not be not more than 40 years as on 30th April 2020.
- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in
Municipal Engineering / Planning/ Civil/
Architecture OR Master Degree in Sociology/
Geography/ Economics from a recognized University/Institute. At least 05 years of experience in Planning.
Assistant Director (System)
- The age of candidates should not be more than 35 years as on 30/04/2020.
- Candidates should have done M.E. M. Tech in Computer Science/IT OR B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT/MCA from a recognized University/Institute with 01 year relevant experience.
Assistant Director(Planning)
- The age of candidates should not be more than 35 years as on 30th April 2020.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering OR Master Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics from any recognized University/Institute. Post-graduation in Planning with required specialization.
Assistant Accounts Officer
- The age of applicants should not be more than 35 years as on 30/04/2020.
- Candidates should have done Charted Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS)/ICAWA, MBA (Finance)/ Master in Finance control from a recognized University/Institute.
Architectural Assistant
- Candidates age should not be more than 35 years as on 30th April 2020.
- Candidates must have Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from any recognized University/Institute.
Planning Assistant
- Applicants age should not be more than 30 years as on 30th April 2020.
- Degree of Planning or Architecture from a recognized University/Institute.
Sectional Officer (Horticulture)
- Candidates age should not be more than 30 years as per closing date i.e., 30th April 2020.
- Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Horticulture or Forestry.
Surveyor
- The age of applicants should be in between 18 to 25 years as on 30/04/2020
- Diploma or 02 years NTC (National Trade Certificate) /ITI in surveying with 02 years’ experience in Survey work.
Stenographer Grade ‘D’
- Candidates age should be in between 18 to 30 years as on 30th April 2020.
- Candidates should have Senior Secondary Certificate and passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board of India.
- Stenographer Skill Test
Patwari
- The age of candidates for Patwari post should be in between 21 to 27 years as on 30/04/2020
- Candidates have any degree or equivalent qualifications for this post. There is no specific degree needed.
Junior Secretariat Assistant
- Candidates age should be in between 18 to 27 years as on 30th April 2020.
- The applicant should have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board of India.
- Candidates should have typing speed 35 w.p.m. in English and 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
Mali
- The age of candidates should be in between 18 to 25 years as on 30/04/2020
- Candidates should have passed 10+2.
