The Airline Allied Service Limited (AASL), a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India and a subsidiary of Air India, has released the vacancies on various posts like Cabin Crew and Managers in different departments. AASL has released a total of 44 vacancies for various department.

AASL Jobs 2019 Eligibility Criteria

1. Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Candidate must be a Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Finance. 3 years of experience should be at a Senior position in the service industry. The maximum age for this post is 50 years. 

2. Sr. Asst. General Manager-Revenue Management

Graduate from recognized University with a minimum of 10 years experience in Revenue Management in Aviation. OR have done full-time MBA with minimum of 7 years of experience in this field. Maximum age is 45 years for this post. 

3. Asst. General Manager E-Commerce

Candidates must have done B. Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/ Information Technology and also have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a system administrator for an aviation passenger service system (PSS).  Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) is also must. Maximum age is 45 years to apply for this post.

4. Assistant General Manager-Operations Training

Graduate from recognized University is a must. Masters in Business Administration from Recognized University/ Institution will be an additional qualification.  Minimum 7 years of experience in Airline Flight Crew Training including Minimum two years of managerial experience in an Airline Flight Crew Training is required.

5. Assistant General Manager – MMD

Two years of full-time MBA in Operations Research or Materials Management, from a recognized University is required qualification. Minimum 3 years experience of having worked in the Stores /Materials Management Department of an Airline or MRO.

6. Assistant General Manager -Security

Post-graduation from recognized University or its equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience in scheduled Airline Security out of which 5 years at Executive level with independent/direct interaction with regulatory/statutory authorities in areas of airlines security.

7. Synthetic Flight Instructor

All eligibility conditions, experience, and training requirement as amended by DGCA from time to time would be applicable.

8. Senior Manager – Production Planning Control (Engg.)

B.tech in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Avionics or it’s equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years should be in an executive position.

9. Sr. Manager – Operations Control Center

Graduate from recognized University. Minimum 8 year’s experience of working in Operations Control Center of any airlines as Operations’ Controller.

10. Sr. Manager – Medical Officer

MBBS Degree of an Indian University recognized by the Medical Council of India with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

11. Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing

Graduate from recognized University with a minimum of 7 years of Aviation//Travel trade experience in handling Sales and Marketing functions.

12. Manager – Operations Admin

Masters in Business Administration from recognized university or equivalent. Candidate should have 03 years experience in the Operations department of a Scheduled Airline.

13. Manager – Crew Management System

Graduate from a recognized university is must and MBA from recognized University/ Institution as additional qualification will be preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in an Airline CMS/Roster including minimum eighteen months of executive experience in an Airline CMS/Roster.

14. Manager-Finance

ICWA/ ICAI/ MBA full-time course from recognized University with specialization in Finance or its equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.  

15. Station Manager (Manager Grade)

Graduate for recognized university Minimum 5 years of Aviation experience in Airport Handling or Sales and Marketing.

16. Officer (MMD)

Graduate in any discipline/ GOMM from a recognized institute like all, Etc. with 3 years experience. Or MBA/PGDM with specialization in MM/OR/Logistics from a recognized institute with 2 years experience

17. Officer- Slot

Graduate from recognized University. Diploma in Aviation IATA, post-graduation is desirable.

18. Officer-Operations Control

Graduate from recognized University Minimum 3 years Experience in Scheduling or working in the operation control centre of an airline. Experience should be post-qualification.

19. Officer (Passenger Sales)

Graduate from recognized University and diploma post-graduate related to aviation/Sales and Marketing Minimum 4 years of experience in Aviation/Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, travel trade.

20. Asst.· Officer- Office Management

Graduate from recognized University One year Diploma in office management/One year certified course of Stenography from a recognized institute.

21. Crew Controller

Graduate from recognized University. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Crew Controller in an Airline Crew Roster including working experience, in “Crew Management Software”.

22. Technical Assistant (Flight Safety)

AME Diploma course from a recognized university or its equivalent is required.

23. Supervisor (Security)

AME Diploma course from a recognized university or its equivalent is required.

Age Limit

Age limit to apply for the aforementioned vacancies is up to 45 years. Applicants from OBC and ST/SC category will get the relaxation in upper age limit as per the rules.
