The wait of UPSC aspirants is finally over as UPSC has started the online registration for IAS, IFS recruitment exam 2019. The application forms are available from February 19, 2019. Interested candidates can apply for the UPSC 2019 exam through the official website of UPSC. Through the IAS and IFS exam, UPSC will recruit 896 candidates for Indian Administrative Services and 92 candidates for Indian Forest Services.

- The application submission process for IAS IFS Prelims started from February 19, 2019.

Application Fee

- SC, ST and PH candidates can fill the application form for IAS IFS Prelim 2019 at free of cost.
- The application fee can be paid through debit card, credit card, and net banking.

Eligibility Criteria for IAS Prelims
- The age of the candidate should be in between of 21-30 years to appear in IAS prelims exam.
- A candidate from the general category can try 6 times to get success in this exam and OBC candidates to get 09 attempts. Candidates from SC/ST category can appear in the exam till the upper age limit.
- The required qualification for the IAS, IFS exam is graduation.
- Candidate from reserved category will get the relaxation in the upper age limit as per the government norms.
