You must be having your own timetable for studies. Some of you must be the topper in their classes, but still we will suggest you put more effort in your preparation for IIT JEE 2019 exam because till now you had to compete with 100 to 1,000 students but in this exam, your competitors will be in Lakhs so this exam deserves more studies and hard work.

Here we are sharing the success mantra to crack the IIT JEE 2019 exam with you.

· Understand the syllabus

The syllabus of JEE Main 2019 is different from the syllabus prescribed in the board exam. IIT JEE exam is more advanced in comparison of your board exam. So you need to have the proper syllabus while preparing for the IIT JEE 2019 exam.

· Say no to too many books

When you know that the JEE Main exam 2019 is advanced and not easy then you immediately push yourself to study more. That is somehow fine but to read more books to study more is not a correct strategy. There is an old phrase that says ‘too many cooks spoil the broth’ in exam preparation it fits perfectly.

You don’t need too many books to get success in JEE Main 2019 exam, you just need few right books to crack the IIT JEE 2019. Do not depend only on NCERT books, few others books like Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker, and Problems in Calculus of One Variable by I.A. Maron will help you in their respective subjects.

· A timetable

Many people will suggest you have a timetable and stick to it. But I suggest differently. Sometimes you are preparing on a topic and you get the rhythm, then you suddenly realized that in next 5 minutes you are to jump to another subject. This breaks all the concentration you had.   So avoid it. Yes, having a timetable for all your work is a must. Like 8 hours for school, 2 hours for food, 8 hours for sleep and rest to study. But in the last few months, it is recommended to make a timetable, include all the subjects in it and follow it religiously.

· Maintain notes

It is easier to remember what we have written in comparison of what we have read. So make the note of all important points. While reading the book when you understand the point try to make a note of it in your own language so you can understand it easily.

· Practice previous years’ papers

By solving the previous year’s papers you get an idea of what type of questions has been asked. How much time a question required to solve. In JEE Main 2019 exam there are very few chances that any question will repeat but still, many aspirants prefer to practice the previous years’  exam papers to be familiar with the question paper so that they don’t feel pressurized in the exam room.

The Bottom Line

Apart from previous years’ exam do appear in the mock tests as well. The mock tests show you, where are you in your studies and where is the scope of improvement. The mock tests also help you recognize your weak areas. Not every time you will score well in the mock tests or previous years’ exam. But don’t lose confidence.

Along with your studies do follow a healthy routine and take a positive pressure. If you have any query related to JEE Main 2019 exam, you can write to us in the comment box.
