About Supreme Court of India (SCI)
Supreme Court is the highest judicial forum in India. In other words, we can say that it is the final court of appeal under Indian Constitution. It is the uppermost constitutional court, which has the power of constitutional review. SCI came into existence on January 26, 1950 in a part of the Parliament House, and moved to its present location in the year 1958. The SCI comprises the Chief Justice and 30 other Judges appointed by the President of India.
The application fee is Rs. 200 for all category candidates. Candidates can pay the examination fee online through Debit card, Credit Card or Net banking only.
To apply for Supreme Court of India (SCI) Law Clerk Recruitment 2019 candidates need to have a bachelor degree in Law (LLB), 3 year or 5-year course, from a recognized university in India. Also candidates are required to have computer knowledge.
