- The candidates eligible should be between 21 to 40 years in age. Age relaxation will be extra as per rules.
- The candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any stream with 5 years of experience in journalism in State or National Level paper or News agency or in State or Central Public Relations or Information and Broadcasting department on posts; Journalist, reporter, subeditor, scrutinizer, exhibition assistant, Rangmanch assistant, or assistant public relations officer.
- Or a bachelor’s degree in any stream with Diploma in Journalism OR Master’s Degree with English/Hindi subject with 3 years of experience in Journalism.
- The candidates are also required to have working knowledge of Rajasthani culture and Hindi written in Devnagri Script.
