Ans.1 The first phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 began on April 11, 2019, in India. The first phase of voting began for 91 Parliamentary constituencies, out of the total 543 constituencies.

Joseph while delivering a separate judgment in the Rafale case said that the Right to Information Act confers on ordinary citizens the ‘priceless right’ to demand information even in matters affecting national security and relations with a foreign state. Justice K.M. Joseph mentioned about article 8(2) RTI act.
