Ans.1     Meghalaya drafted a water policy to ensure water conservation, issues, and protection of water resources in the State.

Ans.2     The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled in favor of India by 15 to 1 votes. The ICJ directed Pakistan to reconsider Kulbhushan Jadhav’s punishment of death penalty and provide him consular access.

Ans.3     The Golden Jubilee Edition of International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has been scheduled to be held in Panaji, Goa. The film festival will start on 20 November and will end up on 28 November 2019.
