Eligibility Criteria 

Age Limit

• The minimum age to apply for the aforementioned posts is 18 years.
• Upper age limit to apply for the vacancies for Level S-1 is 30 years.
• Upper age limit to apply for the vacancies for Level W-1 is 25 years. 

Educational Qualification

• Supervisor (Printing and Platemaking): Applicants must have 1st class Diploma in Printing Technology from AICTE approved Institute or B.Tech./B.E. in Printing Technology to apply for this post.
• Supervisor (Air Conditioning): To apply for the post the essential requirement is 1 st class Diploma in Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineering from AICTE approved Institute. Candidates with a degree in B.Tech./B.E. in Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineering can also apply.
• Supervisor (Ink Factory): the essential requiem for this post is 1st class Diploma in dyestuff technology/ paint technology/ surface coating technology/ printing ink technology/ printing technology from AICTE approved Institute. The desirable qualification is B.Tech. in Dyestuff Technology/ Paint Technology/ Surface Coating Technology/ Printing Ink Technology/ Printing Technology.
• Junior Technician (Ink Factory): Candidate with full-time ITI certificate in dyestuff technology/ paint technology/ surface coating technology/ printing ink technology/ printing technology are essentially required for this post. Desirable qualification for this post is Diploma in dyestuff technology/ paint technology/ surface coating technology/ printing ink technology/ printing technology from AICTE approved Institute.
• Junior Technician (Printing & Platemaking): The essential educational qualification for the post is Full-time ITI certificate in Printing & Platemaking Trade viz. Litho Offset Machine Minder, Letter Press Machine Minder, Offset Printing, Platemaking, Electroplating, Hand Composing. Diploma in printing technology from AICTE approved Institute is desirable for this post.

Selection Procedure    

Selection of the candidates for the above mentioned posts will be done through an online test. The online test will be in bilingual form i.e. Hindi & English language. Candidates will have to answer the objective type questions. The exam will be conducted in 8 cities; Bhopal, Indore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and  Jaipur.

Candidates from UR category can pass the written exam with a minimum 55% marks. For OBC Category the minimum required marks are 50% and for SC/ST Category the minimum required marks are 45% to get selected for Bank Note Press Dewas. 

Exam Pattern

• The online exam for the posts under Level S-I will have a total of 200 questions for 240 marks. The duration of the online exam will be 120 minutes. The exam will be having a question from the below mentioned topics. 40 questions will be asked form reach topic.
