Important Dates
- The notification for Indian Coast Guard Navik Recruitment 2019 was released on 10th of January 2019.
- Application process will start from January 21, 2019.
- Last Date to apply online is January 31, 2019 upto 5 PM
- Exam is to be held in the month of March/April 2019.
- Admit cards will be available from February 11-12, 2019.
Application Fee
Interested candidates would be happy to know that there is no application fee for the Indian Coast Guard Navik recruitment 2019. Candidates simply need to apply online, appear for exam and must keep a printout of the registration form with them.
Vacancy Details and Eligibility
The minimum age for the post of Navik General Duty in Indian Coast Guard is 18 years, while the upper age limit is 22 years. All candidates who are born between 01/08/1997 to 31/07/2001 are eligible to apply. Age relaxation will be given as per the government rules.
All those candidates are eligible who have passed 10+2 intermediate exam with at least 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics as subjects.
As per the physical eligibility criteria candidates should have a minimum height of 157 CMS and should be able to run 1.6 KM in 7 minutes. Should be able to do 20 times squats and 10 times pushup.
