National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Noida has 53 vacancies for Non-Executive Group C Posts for Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL). NFL has been engaged as Manpower Management Consultant by RFCL. So the recruitment on vacant posts is done by NFL but the candidates are to work in RFCL.

- JUNIOR ENGINEERING ASSISTANT GRADE II (INSTRUMENTATION) has a total of 16 Vacancies.
- JUNIOR ENGINEERING ASSISTANT GRADE II (CHEMICAL LAB) has total 3 Vacancies.
- STORE ASSISTANT GR-II has total 3 Vacancies.
- PHARMACIST has a total of 3 Vacancies.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
To apply for the above mentioned posts the applicants must possess below-given qualification;
- Junior Engineering Assistant: Applicant must have a regular 03 years Diploma in the relevant stream of Engineering.
- Junior Engineering Assistant Grade II (CHEMICAL LAB): Applicant must have completed 3 years B.Sc degree with Chemistry as one subject.
- Store Assistant Gr-II: To apply for the post the required educational qualification is Graduation in any Discipline.
- Pharmacist: Applicant must have a Regular Diploma in Pharmacy and must be registered with State Medical Council with 01-year experience in the line in a Hospital of repute after Diploma.
Age Limit
To apply for any of the above mentioned posts the applicant’s age should be Minimum – 18 years Maximum- 30 years.
Salary Package
RFL offers the best salary package in the Fertilizers industry. Selected candidates will be eligible to get Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity along with basic pay. The pre-revised salary package for the aforementioned post is Rs. 9000- Rs. 16400 PM.
