Answer 1: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Nove 12, 2020 along with
Vietnamese Prime Minister Ngyuyen Xuan Phuc cochaired India-ASEAN summit. ASEAN stands for Association of South East Asian Nations. PM Modi during the summit annoucned that India will make a contribution of 1 million USD to COVID-19 ASEAN Response Fund.

Answer 2: China has launched world’s first 6G experimental satellite, which will test the Tetrahertz waves technology in space.

Answer 3: World’s longest serving Prime Minister,
Bahrain PM, Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, died at an age of 84 on 11th November 2020. He took the last breathe at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in the United States. He took command as PM of Bahrain on January 19, 1970 with taking on office from 5 August 1971 after the independence of the country.

Answer 4: The Indian Navy on November 12, 2020 launched the fifth Scorpene submarine “Vagir” at Mazagon Dock of south Mumbai. The submarine has the capability to take missions like, anti-surface warfare, anti-submarine warfare, mine laying, area surveillance and intelligence gathering.

Answer 5: The Jharkhand General Assembly on November 11, 2020 passed a resolution that demands for a separate ‘Sarna Code’ for Tribals. Tabled by by Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, the resolution was passed unanimously with voice vote. The Resolution demands a separate column for Sarna religion followers in Census 2021.

Answer 6: Long distance migratory birds Amur Falcons arrive in Manipur and Nagaland for roosting. To protect them Manipur has issued orders. These are Siberian birds that reach the North East at the onset of winter.

Answer 7: Chen Meng of China has won the first-ever ITTF Women’s World Cup title. She has won the title defeating her Sun Yingsha.

Answer 8: Mumbai Indians has won the IPL 2020 Trophy for the 5th time. The team has won the titles in the year 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020.

Answer 9: India celebrates National Education Day every year on November 11. The day is also called as Rashtriya Shiksha Diwas. The day marks the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, who was the first Education Minister of India.

Answer 10: Sudan has been removed from the list of State Sponsors of Terrorism on November 11, 2020. India has also welcomed its removal and the normalization of relation between Sudan and Israel.
