Ans.1  Shri Amit Shah, the home minister of India announced first in Rajya Sabha and then in Lok Sabha about the repealing of article 370 which give a special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

Ans.2  Ladakh. It is the 9th Union territory of India created on 5th August 2019 by division the state J&K into two separate UTs.

Ans.3  According to the Jallianwala Bagh National Memorial (Amendment) Bill, now it seeks to “delete” the mention of ‘President of the Indian National Congress’ as a trustee.
