Indian army jobs always attract the aspirants, especially Army TES notification. Indian Army is inviting the applications from 10+2 pass outs for Technical Entry Scheme (TES).
Every year Army releases the TES notification and for the year 2018 also Indian Army has released the notification for Indian Army TES 41 (Aug 2019).
The Army TES 2018 notification has announced the course for 90 vacancies. The duration of this course is 5 years and after successful completion of this course, candidates will be granted permanent commission in the Army in the rank of lieutenant.

Important Dates
Interested candidates can fill the Army TES application form 2018 in online mode. Below mentioned is the detail of important dates associated with Army TES 2018.
- The aspirant can fill the Army TES application form 2018 from October 29, 2018.
- The last date to fill the Army TES application form 2018 is November 27, 2018.
- Candidates can fill the application form for TES 2018 till 12:00 noon on November 27, 2018.

Army TES Eligibility Criteria 2018
Only unmarried male candidates can apply for ARMY TES jobs. Here is the detail of Army TES Eligibility.
Age Limit
- Candidates’ age to apply for Army TES 2018 should not be less than 16½ years and more than 19½ years.
- Candidates should not be born before Jul 01, 2000 and after Jul 01, 2003 (both days are inclusive).
Educational Qualification
- To apply for Army TES 2018, the candidate must have passed out 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from recognized education boards.
Fitness
- To apply for Army TES 2018, the candidate must be free from any disease/disability. He must be physically and mentally healthy.
- Candidates’ height should be 157 cm and more.
- For the candidates belong to Gorkhas, North Eastern regions of India, Garhwal, and Kumaon, the minimum acceptable height will be 5 cms less.
- For the candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum acceptable height can be reduced by 2 cms
Army TES Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be done by Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) on merit basis. After shortlisting of candidates, they will get the information about their shortlisting through e-mail or SMS. Now, candidates will have to choose their SSB date by log in on the army’s website.
Thereafter shortlisted candidates will have to undergo Services Selection Board (SSB) interview at Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (PB).
SSB interview duration is 5 days. In these 5 days, candidates need to appear in Psychological Tests, Group Tests, and an Interview. Indian army TES 2018 result will be published after completion of all the exams of stage 2.

Army TES cut off 2018
Army TES cut off for TES 40 was 85%. If you have applied for TES 40 course and your PCM aggregate % is 85% and above then you can log on to your join Indian army website profile and select the TES 40 SSB Interview dates.
Army TES 2018 syllabus
In Army TES 2018 exam, questions from following subjects will be asked; English, Reasoning, Aptitude and General Knowledge. Here is the subject wise Army TES 2018 syllabus.
English: General English, Sentence Improvement, Fill in the blanks, Passage completion, spelling test etc.
Reasoning: Data Sufficiency, Logical reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning etc.
Aptitude: Time and distance, Odd one out, Area, Simple equation, Average, L.C.M. & H.C.M. etc.
General Knowledge: Indian Politics, Indian History, Indian Economics, Sports and Basic G.K. Questions etc.
