Qualification Required

Young Professionals

• Candidate’s age should not be above30 years as on 01/01/2020, that is the candidate should be born on or after 01/01/1990.
• Candidates should have Master’s degree (MS/ M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc. Tech or equivalent) in Earth Science / Geology/ Geo Science/
  Applied Geology/ Hydrogeology from a recognized University/Institute in India.

Desirable Experience/knowledge/skills

• Should have experience of working in the field of groundwater / hydrogeology.
• Working experience on the post of JRF, RA, SRF, or project fellows after obtaining the minimum required qualification, will also be counted as experience.
• Working knowledge of GIS software.
• Working knowledge of computers and common software packages like MS Office.
• Working knowledge of geo-scientific software.

Consultants

• Applicants age should be maximum 65 years as on 01/01/2020, that means born on or after 01/01/1955.
• Applicants must have Master’s degree in M.Sc. /MS /M.Sc. Tech/
  M.Tech or equivalent in Geology/ Earth Science/
  Applied Geology Geoscience/ Hydrogeology from a recognized university/Institute.

Essential Experience Required

• Applicants should have a minimum 10 years of working experience in the field of ground water/ hydrogeology.

Desirable Experience/Knowledge/Skills

• Working knowledge of GIS.
• Working knowledge of computers and common software packages like MS Excel, MS Office etc.
• Candidates should be proficient in Compilating, editing and reviewing scientific reports in English language.
