NDA Exam Pattern

• The written test is for a total of 900 marks. The Mathematics paper is for 300 marks while the General Ability is held for 600 marks.
• The Mathematics and PART B of the General Ability paper is available in both the languages, Hindi and English.
• The NDA written exam includes negative marking.
• Duration of written exam is 2.5 hours.
• Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the written exam, the selected ones are called for SSB Interview. The interview is also conducted for 900 marks.

NDA Syllabus Mathematics – Important Part

Mathematics is an important section of NDA, here we are highlighting the important topics. After analyzing the NDA Paper 2 which was held in November 2019, we found that the maximum number of questions in Mathematics were asked from Probability (10 questions), Algebra, Matrices & Determinants (30 questions), Calculus, Trigonometry (30 questions), Complex number & Quadratic equation (15+ questions).
