BHU UET 2020 – Dates, Eligibility and Application Form

Banaras Hindu University conducts BHU UET entrance exam every year for admission to various undergraduate courses offered by the university including B.Sc. Hons., B.A. Hons., B.Com. Hons., and BA LLB Hons. A candidate can apply for multiple courses but he has to pay additional fee for subsequent application at a reduced rate.

BHU UET 2020 Application and Admission Process

The BHU UET application process includes registration, filling of required details, and application fee payment. Admission to various Undergraduate courses will be based candidate’s performance in BHU UET entrance exam 2020. The exam is conducted in online mode for a duration of 120 minutes. For the BSc stream courses the test is conducted for 150 minutes.

Important Dates

• BHU UET 2020 application process started January 30, 2020.
• The end date to apply online is 12th March 2020.
• Candidates can make payment of application fee on or before 12th March 2020.
• UET is a CBT exam which will be conducted from 26th April to 28th May 2020.
• Admit Card will be available for download in April 2020.
• Result for BHU UET 2020 will be declared in May 2020 (tentative).
• The counselling for admission will start in June 2020.

Application Fee

• The application fee to be paid by General / OBC candidates is Rs. 600.
• SC / ST candidates have to pay Rs. 300 as examination fee.
• For Shashtri : SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 200, while others have to pay Rs. 400 as application fee.
• For each Add-on course General / OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 300.
• For each add-on course SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 150.
• Candidates can make payment of examination fee through online fee mode only (debit/credit card or net banking).

Eligibility

• The eligibility age for candidates is 22-25 years as on 01/07/2020 that varies with the courses.
• The candidates are required to have passed 10+2 with required subjects and minimum percentage of marks to apply for the course they want to pursue.
